Canadian pipe manufacturer Big “O” sold their machinery group to a private investor, giving rise to Adescor (Advanced Downstream Equipment Specialists Corporation)

2004

Adescor received its largest order to date, for 22 Pipe Cutoffs and Transfer Tables

2005

Adescor installed its first international order in Europe, which included Pipe Cutoff, Bell Spinwelder, and Leak Test equipment

Adescor completed its first South American order in Chile, delivering a Pipe Cutoff, Conveyor, and an Inner Liner Trimmer

Unicor GmbH acquired controlling interest of Adescor, leading to the development of a semi-automatic Maxi Coiler

2013

Prinsco acquired controlling interest of Adescor, and the first generation Servo Wheel Perforator and 1860 Downstream line were developed. Adescor also completed its first order in Turkey during this year.

Adescor developed its first small diameter high-speed Pipe Cutoff.

Parmerit acquired Adescor and applied intense focus on innovation and automation to Adescor product development

Adescor developed the first generation automated pipe processing system for 4″ to 18″ pipe

2021

Adescor expanded its machining capability, doubled fabrication capacity, and increased the engineering team by 50%. Additionally, they developed the next-generation XFORM 1860 System.
